The Shrine of North America is an international fraternity of nearly 575,000 members throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada and Panama. The Shrine's official philanthropy is Shriners Hospitals for Children, a network of 22 hospitals that provide expert, no-cost orthopaedic and burn care to children under 18. Midian Shrine Center is located in the heart of the country.
